    • All shops have reopened with restrictions on the allowed number of customers; face masks are mandatory; restaurants have reopened (indoors and outdoors) with restrictions on the number of guests and distance regulations

    • If possible, refrain from grocery shopping as a family and visit shops alone to avoid overcrowding

    • Individual indoor sports as well as contact sports are possible again; distance regulations still apply PLEASE NOTE: when visiting restaurants or any cultural events, etc., individuals might be asked to sign in with contact data, to assist with following infection chains should the case arise PLEASE NOTE: should infection rates rise above 50 per 100.000 inhabitants within 7 days, regional lock-downs and restrictions will be put back in place

    • Individuals experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms should call their doctor, the on-call doctor service at 116 117, or the health department for guidance and recommendations; if an individual feels unwell, they are asked to stay at home to avoid spreading the infection
