Mobility, Mergers and Acquisitions - Are You Ready?

Corporations and private equity firms foresee an acceleration of merger and acquisition (M&A) activity in 2018—both in the number of deals and the size of those transactions (The State of the Deal: M&A Trends 2018 – Deloitte). Mergers and acquisitions, and organizational transformation in general, present some element of risk to a company’s programs, processes and people. The Global Mobility function has the opportunity to play a critical role in the mitigation of the risk specific to a mobile workforce given the function’s experience and expertise in the mobility space.
