SIRVA AND ALLIED VAN LINES RECOGNIZED BY CANADIAN EMPLOYEE RELOCATION COUNCIL

Chicago—(October 11, 2017)— SIRVA, Inc., an industry-leading global relocation and moving services provider, was recently honored with the top two awards by the Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC).

Lisa Hulet, Vice President of Business Development for SIRVA in Canada, won the Leader Award for outstanding leadership contributions to the relocation industry and CERC. This award is granted to individuals for consistently demonstrating leadership and for previously winning meritorious awards and distinguished service awards.

Allied Van Lines agent, Quality Move Management, was recognized with Roy Phelps, Chief Commercial Officer, winning the Chairman’s Award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the relocation industry and CERC. Phelps was selected by the Chair of the CERC Board to receive the award.

SIRVA President of Global Relocation Debbie Balli commented: “SIRVA is committed to the Canadian relocation industry and this recognition from our peers is both an honor and a testament to both our commitment as well as the growth of SIRVA in the region”.

The awards were presented during the CERC annual conference held in Calgary, Alberta September 10-12. It is CERC’s 35th Anniversary this year.
