  • • Vaccinated travelers, who received their first vaccination at least 14 days before entry with an EMA- or WHO emergency use-approved vaccine, do not have to submit a negative COVID-19 PCR test upon entry.
    - Accepted vaccination certificates include certificates issued in EEA countries and approved countries; and certificates issued in ‘exempted countries’ for travelers entering from or via an EEA country. Vaccine certificates issued in ‘approved countries’ are considered equal to EU Digital COVID Certificates.

    • Recovered travelers, recovered 11-180 days before entry, carrying an EU COVID Certificate of recovery issued by an EU/Schengen Area/European Economic Area country do not have to submit a negative COVID-19 PCR test upon entry.

    • Separate certificates are required for each vaccination, test result, or recovery.

    - UK nationals and their family members with EU residence rights under the Withdrawal Agreement.
    - Residents of green list countries.
    - Highly skilled workers whose work cannot be postponed or performed remotely.
    - Individuals in transit
    - Students
    - Essential staff, including healthcare, transport and cross-border workers and those with urgent travel purposes; among limited other exceptions.

    • Swedish border police are checking inbound travel across the Swedish-Norwegian, the SwedishFinnish borders and on the Swedish side of the Öresund Bridge which connects Sweden and Denmark.
