    • Entry restrictions are lifted for those traveling from other EU/Schengen Area country, regardless of nationality or purpose of travel

    • Entry from non-EU/Schengen Area countries remains restricted to:
    - German nationals and residents, and their family members;
    - Partners of German residents, carrying a written invitation; a copy of their partner’s identity document; and a declaration and proof of their relationship;
    - EU/Schengen Area/UK nationals and their family members;
    - EU long-term residence permit holders and those holding other types of EU or national residence permits (excluding newly approved permits, unless greenlisted as highly qualified);
    - Residents from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and Thailand; (China, Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR pending reciprocity);
    - Skilled and highly qualified employees whose activities are economically necessary and cannot be postponed or performed from abroad (including eligible business trips and travelers with newly approved EU Blue Cards, Intra-Company Cards and Specialist Permits); and
    - Healthcare, transport and seasonal workers; students; family members traveling for family reunification or imperative family reasons; among limited other exceptions

    • Please note that it is up to the landlord's discretion to allow viewings; due to social distancing regulations the viewings might be limited to the landlord only, without a consultant present

    • Individuals experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms should call their doctor, the on-call doctor service at 116 117, or the health department for guidance and recommendations; if an individual feels unwell, they are asked to stay at home to avoid spreading the infection
