Richard Post
Executive Vice President, Europe
As Sirva’s Executive Regional Leader, Richard oversees a broad portfolio of strategic and operational functions across the European region and represents the company with regional stakeholders and customers, while aligning closely with global leadership to ensure consistent, high-impact execution of the organization’s strategic goals. His leadership ensures alignment across diverse business units, fostering strategic cohesion, operational excellence, and a unified approach to delivering value across the region. Richard brings a strong passion for client centric solutions, driving financial and sustainable business performance.
Richard started his career at Nijman Verhuizers (later acquired by Team Relocations) in 1992. Richard held positions in Finance followed by a career in Compliance and General Management, both for Team Relocations in the Netherlands as well as Team Relocations Group. Richard later held the position of CEO of the European Continental business for the Team Relocations Group, looking after 13 country operations between 2009 and 2018. Following Sirva’s acquisition of Team Relocations Group in 2018, Richard held the position of Senior Vice President Corporate and Consumer Strategy in Europe before being appointed in his role as of today for EVP, Europe.
Richard is an Executive Master of Finance and has recently achieved his certification in ESG from the University of Amsterdam.
