Brian Goldberg

Executive Vice President, Global Account Management

Brian brings more than 20 years of account management leadership experience to Sirva, delivering shareholder value and strategic impact. He has a proven history of leading global teams, developing talent, and driving account management strategies.  

Prior to joining Sirva, Brian was a Lead Client Partner at Genpact, a global leader in digital transformation and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), running a large portfolio of accounts to help them reinvent their operations. With a track record of ongoing year-over-year same-account growth, he grew his portfolio across outsourcing and digital contracts involving Finance & Accounting, FP&A, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Strategic Forecasting, Regulatory Affairs, Contact Centres, and Procurement. His work included extensive digital transformation using AI/Agentic, Analytics, Cloud, Digital Solutions, Application Development, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Automation. His portfolio delivered tens of millions of dollars in productivity savings and over $400M in business impact for clients.  

Brian is a three-time entrepreneur who leads with passion and intent, inspiring strong employee loyalty, quality, and performance. He loves engaging with clients, listening, and helping connect the dots that unlock value.  

Brian graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering. He is based in northern New Jersey, where he lives with his family.
