Gender Discrimination and Expatriates – Assignments without (Glass) Borders. How far have we come?

This report has been produced by The Res Forum, in association with SIRVA Worldwide Relocation and Moving and Gateley Plc. In this report, we demonstrate the ways in which female expatriates are subjected to workplace discrimination according to the results of our research. We look at the implications of such discrimination for organizations, as well as ways in which they can mitigate against this.  We then offer action steps that global mobility teams can take to make positive change within their organizations for the future.
