Results posted in the 2018 Annual Trippel Relocation Manager’s Survey

CHICAGO, IL (November 5, 2018) – SIRVA, Inc., an industry-leading global relocation and moving service provider, announces that it has placed first in two (2) categories in the 17th Annual Trippel Relocation Manager’s Survey. The survey is used to obtain performance evaluations from corporate relocation managers regarding their level of satisfaction with firms in the relocation management services industry.

SIRVA has placed first in the following categories:

1st place – Global Breadth: Having the resources and networks to manage any international move

1st place – Supplier Networks: Having appropriate networks to deliver quality and valued services

358 surveys were recorded, with more small-volume companies participating this year than any of the past 16 years. SIRVA exceeded industry average in all remaining categories (Overall Satisfaction, Integrity, Quality, Responsiveness, Service Recovery, Data Security, Account Management, Billing, Disbursements, Personnel, Value, Culture, Reporting and Technology).
