Wes W. Lucas
President and Chief Executive Officer
Wes W. Lucas was named SIRVA chief executive officer and board member in July 2008. A seasoned executive with experience in a variety of C-suite roles at global Fortune 500 corporations as well as small private companies, Lucas is widely known for his ability to drive company growth through the development of enhanced execution capabilities and delivery of superior customer value.
From 2001 to 2006, Lucas served as chairman, chief executive officer and president of Sun Chemical, the world’s largest color company with 300 operating plants and approximately $4 billion in annual sales. Prior to this, he was co-chairman of Kodak Polychrome, a joint venture between Kodak and the world’s largest provider of imaging equipment and materials for commercial media. Previous significant leadership roles also include serving as chief executive officer and president of Quebecor World, a $6 billion printing services company; president of Sytrenics Nova Chemicals, a leader in plastics and materials; vice president of AlliedSignal, a multi-billion-dollar industrial company; and as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Lucas holds a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting from the University of California, Berkeley.
Chief Financial Officer
Thomas Oberdorf is our Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since August 2011. Prior to this position, Mr. Oberdorf was a consultant from August 2010 to March 2011 for Orchards Brand Corporation. Mr. Oberdorf was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Infogroup, Inc. from December 2008 to July 2010 and prior to that position, Mr. Oberdorf was Chief Financial Officer of Getty Images, Inc.
Mr. Oberdorf holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boston College and an EMBA from the University of New Haven. He is a member of the board of directors of UFP Technologies and also serves on that company’s audit and compensation committees.
Deborah L. Balli
President, Global Relocation Services
Deborah Balli, CRP, GMS-T, President Global Relocation Services, joined SIRVA in 1996.
Since joining SIRVA in 1996, Debbie has held various roles in Account Management, all while having the privilege of working with outstanding, passionate and diverse team members, clients and service partners. These experiences have helped shape the vital, winning direction for SIRVA to be one of the industry’s leading Relocation Management Companies.
Living in Minneapolis, MN with her husband, Debbie enjoys spending time with her children and all things outdoors (despite the cold). As a Northern California native, the 49ers are near and dear!

Andrew P. Coolidge
Chief Operating Officer, Moving Services
Drew joined SIRVA in 2004 as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and was shortly promoted to the Vice President of Quality for Moving Services. In 2005 Drew became the Global Quality Leader for Moving Services, focusing on our global moving business quality. In 2006 Drew relocated to the Czech Republic as Vice President of EMEA Operations. He founded our EMEA Operational Center by consolidating several Western European Offices into a single entity located in Prague. He then was promoted to Vice President of Global Operations in 2007, returning to our US Headquarters in Westmont, IL. Later that year he was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of our International Moving Business. In August 2009, Drew was promoted to Executive Vice President, Moving Services Operations and relocated to Fort Wayne, Indiana.
In 2017, Drew was promoted to President of International Moving and Chief Supply Chain & Operational Excellence Officer. He is responsible for expanding SIRVA’s global capabilities in supply chain and operational excellence. Through his insight and leadership, he continues to increase and build upon these two very important functions.
Prior to joining SIRVA, Drew spent 11 years with Sears Roebuck & Company, mostly with The Great Indoors retail chain. His roles within Sears included Sales Manager, Inventory Buyer, Marketing Manager, Merchandise Buyer and Operations Manager. Drew received his Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
President, Australia and New Zealand
Mike Filipovic has served as President of Australia and New Zealand since November 2005, and is responsible for the continued growth and market leadership of the Moving and Relocation businesses in Australia and New Zealand. He joined SIRVA in 2002 as CFO, Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining SIRVA, Filipovic was with Motorola Australia for 10 years in a variety of roles including Finance Director, Managing Director, and CEO of Ozitel JV. Prior to his time at Motorola, his career included working for BHP Billiton and Franklin Mint.
Filipovic holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance from Monash University, and is an accredited CPA.
President, Asia and Middle East
Jacob George is President of Asia and Middle East for SIRVA, Inc., responsible for investing and growing in Asia and the Middle East by focusing on sound strategies for increasing market share, winning customers, entering new markets, commercializing new services and continuing to be innovative in regards to how we serve our customers.
George has over 15 years of experience in the relocation business, with extensive knowledge in sales, marketing, growth in geographies and product areas, client engagement and operations.
Prior to joining SIRVA, George was with Primacy as President of Asia for 3 years and was responsible for building one of the strongest and most successful relocation businesses in Asia. Under his leadership, Primacy expanded significantly in destination services through acquisitions and organic growth. He also helped Primacy expand geographically through gaining market share, opening new offices and winning new customers. Prior to joining Primacy, his career included working for Prudential as the Vice President of Asia for 11 years.
George holds a masters degree in business administration from the University of Dallas. He is also a member of the Employee Relocation Council, and has earned his Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation.
Holger Reimers joined SIRVA in 2016. As president of Europe, he is responsible for leading the company’s relocation and moving operations in this important global business region. Reimers has over 25 years of experience leading major business units within Europe and has held a variety of executive leadership roles with many prominent global companies.
Prior to joining SIRVA, Reimers was most recently employed with IBM as the Vice President Europe for Business Process Outsourcing. There, he was responsible for business development and sales leadership for the industrial industry. Prior to joining IBM, Reimers spent two years at Genpact, leading significant efforts in the global outsourcing space as the leader for the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland region. He also spent 16 years at Accenture where he held multiple senior level positions within Accenture’s European operations.
Reimers holds a MBA from University of Salzburg and a Bachelor of Applied Science and IT from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
Executive Vice President & Chief Information and Technology Officer
John Kirk is SIRVA’s Executive Vice President & Chief Information and Technology Officer. Kirk joined SIRVA in September 2015. Kirk has been a leader of technology and IT over the last 15 years and before that he held executive positions on the business side in terms of sales, marketing, operations, procurement and supply chain.
Most recently, Kirk was the CIO for the Vitamin Shoppe, a leading publicly traded retail and ecommerce business with $1.3B in sales and 736 locations. Kirk led the technology and IT during a 50% increase in store count and ecommerce revenue, scaling the business for quality, customer service and profitability. He was responsible for strategic direction and all daily operations for technology, applications, operations, store systems, technical infrastructure, telecommunications, and cybersecurity and ecommerce platforms. Kirk led the IT team of 125 professionals and developed and implemented a multi-year IT strategic plan enabling the company to scale for growth. He created and implemented the application roadmap to upgrade and install leading new technologies. Under Kirk’s leadership, IT and technology increased speed to market by 30%, improved customer satisfaction significantly, increased uptime of IT systems to an impressive 99.995%, increased productivity of IT by 20% and established a leading ecommerce business.
Kirk holds a MBA from Seton Hall University where he graduated with honors and he also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from La Salle University.
President, Agent Networks
William J. Lyon joined SIRVA in 1984. As President of Agent Networks, he is responsible for agent relations and providing leadership to both Allied Van Lines and North American Van Lines agent network for US and Canada. Prior to this, Lyon started with North American Van Lines Canada and held multiple management positions including Director and Vice President of Operations – overseeing network operations and safety. In 2007 Bill became the Vice President/General Manager Allied Van Lines responsible for business vision, market strategies and growth to the van line network.
Margaret E. Pais
Executive Vice President, Human Resources
Meg Pais joined SIRVA in 2006 as Vice President of Human Resources for Relocation and took on the role of the Global HR Leader in 2009. When joining SIRVA in 2006, Pais led the Relocation Human Resources function focusing on operational excellence and human resources best practices, and responsibilities included change management initiatives, HR strategic planning including restructuring, attraction and retention of key talent, compensation and benefits, talent management and employee relations.
In 2009, Pais was promoted to Head of Human Resources, to include Domestic US, Asia Pacific, and Middle East, Europe and Australia/New Zealand. Responsibilities include change management initiatives, HR strategic planning including restructuring, attraction and retention of key talent, compensation and benefits committee responsibilities, and talent management and employee relations. Pais is also responsible for the Corporate Services functions to include buildings and leases, receptionists, records retention and facilities planning.
Prior to joining SIRVA, Pais spent 2 years with Dell Corporation and 8 years with Telxon Corporation, a wireless technology corporation. Her roles within Dell and Telxon included Manager Compensation and Benefits, Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources. Pais received her Bachelor of Arts from Baldwin Wallace College in Cleveland Ohio, and a Master’s of Science in Organizational Development and Analysis from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio.
Chief Commercial Officer
Linda Smith joined SIRVA in 2012. She brings with her a wealth of sales and marketing experience. As Chief Commercial Officer, she oversees SIRVA’s commercial sales teams and is responsible for all global sales, marketing, advertising, public relations, and new product development activities. She is also responsible for SIRVA’s global pricing, contracts, and RFP efforts.
Prior to joining SIRVA, Smith had a distinguished career with Ricoh, where she served as Vice President of Ricoh Global Services and Area Vice President of Field Sales Operations. Over her 18-year-career at Xerox, she held various executive positions, including Vice President and General Manager of Field Sales Operations, National Vice President of National Agent Channel Marketing, and Vice President of United States Marketing.
Throughout her career, Smith has focused on increasing sales and enhancing profitability all while providing quality customer service to clients.
Smith holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in business management from the Rochester Institute of Technology (Rochester, NY).
