  • For pass holders who are unable to return to Singapore to complete the renewal process, the authorities advise employers to re-apply for work and related passes when the situation stabilizes. Applicants for new work passes and applicants for renewals must be fully vaccinated.     Sea - Congestion in Singapore causing some issues with transhipment delays. There are also delays for import and export cargo being accessed at the terminal. Need to plan and book up to 6 weeks in advance to get the contract rates. Spot market to Europe starting to open up with reductions in freight.
