Total Supplier Management Solutions
Unlike many corporate relocation providers, SIRVA offers a total view of the relocation supply chain which allows you to see complete relocation costs and ensures high-quality service and continuous improvement. SIRVA manages a network of over 1,000 best-in-class suppliers in over 150 countries to deliver a superior mobility experience at the lowest total cost to you.
Our Approach
You set the standards for your mobility program and we’ll find a way to exceed those expectations. It’s that simple. By proactively researching industry trends and listening to your needs, we align ourselves with suppliers who offer the services and products that support your ever-changing needs.
Selection Process
Choosing our network suppliers is a rigorous process. It starts with finding suppliers who can first, meet our stringent list of criteria, and second, have a proven track record of stellar performance and quality scores. Our standard practice is to then follow-up with the Request for Proposal (RFP) process whereby a select group of suppliers’ responses are rated against critical evaluation criteria. The final decision for selecting our network suppliers is made by an objective cross-functional team to ensure that our customers’ needs are represented in the decision-making process.
Performance Management
Holding suppliers in our network of providers to high standards is critical to achieving service expectations. We believe there are four key components to a successful supplier management program.
Performance: Evaluate how a provider executes based on specific performance standards/metrics.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure supplier delivers a minimum level of quality to customers involved in the process, both internal and external.
Financial: Evaluate how well a supplier is meeting financial criteria.
Continuous Improvement: Ensure each executes plans to increase their performance, customer satisfaction and financial impact.
Network suppliers who do not meet all of SIRVA’s expectations are subject to a Corrective Action Plan and may be dismissed from the network.
