  • Appraised Value Option
    With this guaranteed buyout option, we order objective appraisals of the transferee's home and make a buyout offer on the property.
  • Amended Value Sales
    Everybody wins when your employee, working with a qualified real estate agent, finds a bona-fide offer in the marketplace. We match the offer, buy the home on your behalf, close the deal with the outside buyer and the employee is free to move to the new location.
  • Buyer Value Option
    This cost-conscious program eliminates the cost of appraisals and the upfront guaranteed offer. Instead, the employee and SIRVA Relocation markets the home until an outside buyer is found. As with the Amended Value sale, we match the offer, buy the home on your behalf, close the deal with the outside buyer and the employee is free to move to the new location.
