Housing Reports

Housing Comparison Report (For Individual Assignees): An extensive report providing a recommended differential percentage (for purchase and/or rental) that can be applied against the market valuation of the home location property to determine relative values into the new location. The report contains a summary of the environment of the home location (including a detailed description and photographs of the property), the market valuation figure for the assignees home, the calculated differential into the new location together with a subjective selection of regions in the new location assessed as probable in providing comparable lifestyle and housing opportunities to those of the home location.

Housing Differential Report (For Individual Assignees): A summary report based on the market assessment and a brief location outline of the assignee’s current home for determining a comparable region in the new location. Current statistics from relevant Real Estate Institutes are referenced to calculate a recommended differential percentage between the home location and new location.

Housing Data Report: Statistics from relevant Real Estate Institutes are summarised and assessed for the home location and new location to determine a recommended differential percentage for calculation of relocation housing subsidies.
