- Appraised Value Option
With this guaranteed buyout option, we order objective appraisals of the home and make a guaranteed buyout offer on the property.
- Amended Value Sales
Your employee works with a qualified real estate agent to identify a bona-fide offer in the marketplace. We match the offer, buy the home on your company’s behalf and close the deal with the outside buyer. After which your employee is free to move to the new location with equity in hand.
- Buyer Value Option
This cost-conscious program eliminates the cost of appraisals and the upfront guaranteed offer. Instead, the employee and SIRVA markets the home until an outside buyer is found. As with the Amended Value sale, we match the offer, buy the home on your company’s, close the deal with the outside buyer and the employee is free to move to the new location equity in hand.
