Peggy Smith, SCRP, SGMS-T

President and Chief Executive Officer
Worldwide ERC®

Peggy Smith, SCRP, SGMS-T is President and CEO of Worldwide ERC®. Peggy, always a strategic and adventurous leader, has a keen eye for industry trends, fresh concepts and innovative solutions. In addition to extending the reach of the organization around the world, she’s building Worldwide ERC® into a content-rich community for talent management and mobility professionals. 

Peggy holds a BA in marketing from Seattle University, has guest-lectured on talent mobility at Georgetown University and Seattle University, and is a contributing writer to the NACE Foundation. She also is an active member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council and an often-quoted thought leader on Forbes.com. A frequent keynoter and expert panelist at mobility and HR-related conferences, Peggy shares her unique perspective country-to-country on the future of work.     

Tom Oberdorf
SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving

Thomas was named SIRVA’s Chief Executive Officer in October of 2017. Prior to this position, he served as our Chief Financial Officer since 2011. Thomas is responsible for continuing SIRVA’s success in creating value for its customers, agents and stakeholders with the highest quality of service. He possesses particular knowledge and experience in manufacturing, accounting, finance, capital markets and public companies.

Before his time at SIRVA, Thomas held executive positions at several leading technology and business services companies. From 2008 to 2010, he was CFO of Infogroup, a leading provider of innovative business data and marketing solutions for increasing customer acquisition and retention. From 2006 through 2008, he was CFO of Getty Images, the world’s leading creator and distributor of imagery, footage and multi-media products.

Thomas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Boston College and an Executive MBA from the University of New Haven. He is a member of the board of directors of UFP Technologies and also serves on that company’s audit and compensation committees.

Linda Smith
Chief Commercial Officer

Linda has been Chief Commercial Officer at SIRVA since April 2012. As CCO, she oversees SIRVA’s commercial sales teams and is responsible for all global sales, marketing, advertising, public relations and new product development activities. She is also responsible for SIRVA’s global pricing, contracts and request for proposal efforts.

Throughout her career, Linda has focused on increasing sales and enhancing profitability all while providing quality customer service to clients. Prior to joining SIRVA, Linda had a distinguished career as vice president of Ricoh Global Services and area vice president of field sales operations. Over her 18-year-career at Xerox, she held various executive positions, including vice president and general manager of field sales operations, vice president of national agent channel marketing and vice president of US marketing.

Linda holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Business Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Debbie Balli

Debbie has been President of SIRVA’s Global Relocation Services since May 2008, responsible for the total performance and health of SIRVA Relocation Worldwide, including; revenue growth, earnings performance, customer value, people development and operational excellence. 

She is an engaged, hands-on leader working together with a team who have created a culture built on a high integrity meritocracy with a focus on the customer, the employee and strong results.

Since joining SIRVA in 1996, Debbie has held various roles in account management and operations, all while having the privilege of working with outstanding, passionate and diverse team members, clients and service partners. These experiences have helped shape the vital, winning direction for SIRVA to be one of the industry’s leading relocation management companies.

Mike Hekking 

SVP, Corporate Housing & DJK Residential

Mike’s leadership and expertise has been instrumental in cultivating many strategic global client relationships since joining SIRVA as Director, Global Account Management in 2012. Promoted to Vice President, Global Account Management in 2014, he also assumed leadership over SIRVA’s global client implementation team in 2015. Before joining SIRVA, Mike spent more than 14 years in global mobility holding positions that spanned across most operational functions. An expatriate himself, he has lived in the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany and Morocco. 

Mike is responsible for leading the account management team to deliver consistent best-in-class service focused on client retention, satisfaction and expansion opportunities. He helps manage and support all client engagement initiatives in region to ensure our service teams deliver consistent service across the world. Mike also provides guidance for continual product and service process improvements for existing global clients.

Mike is a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces and a graduate of Brigham Young University. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations with an emphasis in Economics and French Language (fluent in Italian). He also holds the Global Mobility Specialist™ designation from Worldwide ERC®. 

Jessica Regenold
VP, Global Account Management & Analytics

Jessica worked at SIRVA from 2003-2010 in director and vice president level positions in operations and client services. In 2014, after working in senior management positions within the mobility industry, she returned to SIRVA as the Vice President, Global Business Analysis and Quality Reporting. In this position Jessica was responsible for building out the client reporting function and the development and implementation of SIRVAlytics. In 2016, she joined the client services leadership team as Vice President, Global Account Management & Analytics working directly with our SIRVA account management team and clients to lead our global analytics function. 

Jessica works with a team of account managers and directors overseeing the global mobility programs of our clients, as well as, continuing to integrate SIRVAlytics into the account management and operations functions. She is also responsible for our system set up and our Voice of Customer programs. 

Jessica earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Colorado. She holds the Certified Relocation Professional™ and Global Mobility Specialist™ designations from Worldwide ERC®.

Taryn Kramer
Vice President, Global Consulting

Taryn joined SIRVA in March 2016 as Vice President, Global Consulting, responsible for leading the domestic and global consulting practice. She brought to SIRVA 15 years’ experience, primarily at Deloitte Tax LLP, designing and implementing strategic global mobility programs with a focus on efficiencies and the employee experience.

Taryn leads a team of subject matter experts who partner with corporate leaders to design and implement best practice mobility programs. She provides strategic thought leadership to SIRVA’s internal global services delivery, account management and business development teams, as well as consulting support to clients in various areas of global mobility. Taryn also facilitates and participates in industry events and webinars.

Taryn earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Vanderbilt University in Political Science and minored in Psychology and Sociology. She holds a SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is also certified as a GPHR® (Global Professional in Human Resources®) by SHRM.

Maggie Ryan

SVP, Global Operations

Maggie joined SIRVA in April 2014 as President Europe, SIRVA Worldwide bringing with her a distinguished 27 year background in human resources and global mobility. She served in this position for two years establishing superior client relationships and made a significant contribution to SIRVA’s continued expansion of services and revenue in Europe. Originally from Scotland, Maggie has lived and traveled extensively within the US, Asia and Europe. Now based in the US, she has taken on responsibility for global relocation operations leading service delivery teams as Senior Vice President, Global Operations.

Maggie’s proven track record implementing operational efficiencies to global service delivery and experience working with diverse multi-functional and multi-cultural teams helps achieve consistency, enhances the customer experience and improves productivity. She is a catalyst for driving innovation and produces strong loyalty from team members. Maggie’s main focus is to simplify global relocation and moving processes to connect clients to a streamlined and consistent system globally.

Matt Dickerson
SVP, & Global CIO
SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving

With more than 22 years of senior-level IT, quality and client integration expertise, Matt is responsible for the technology and innovation projects that serve our corporate clients, relocating employees, supply chain and internal associates within the relocation business unit. He also interfaces with the sales, marketing and IT teams on all new product development initiatives and the development of customer technology. 

Matt earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems from Cleveland State University and holds the Senior Certified Relocation Professional™ (SCRP) accreditation from Worldwide ERC®, Six Sigma Green Belt and two salesforce.com certifications.

Other than two years as CIO for another large relocation management company, Matt has spent most of his career with SIRVA. Recipient of numerous service awards, Matt was presented with Crain’s 2014 CIO of the Year Award which recognizes the talents of executives that assume duties beyond the operation of their company’s technology. He has written many articles for Mobility magazine and has spoken at several technology and global mobility conferences. Most recently, he spoke at BAMM (Bay Area Mobility Managers) on PII Security in the mobility supply chain and the upcoming GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

John O’Connell
SVP, Global Supply Chain

John is a multi-lingual senior leader with 20 years’ experience in mobility. Since joining SIRVA in January 2011, he has been invaluable in his leadership and contribution to SIRVA’s global operational excellence and growth. As Vice President of SIRVA Global Operations and subsequently Senior Vice President, John was responsible for ensuring that our global teams delivered consistent best-in-class service throughout the world. To continue SIRVA’s vision of maintaining leadership in a changing industry John was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain in 2017. 

John’s responsibilities include ensuring the selection and utilization of outstanding providers, reducing costs across the network, improving supplier engagement and identifying potential product / service offerings for SIRVA. His focus includes the implementation of systems, processes and metrics required for a world-class supply chain. 

John earned a Master of Business Administration degree in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He earned his undergraduate degree in Spanish with a minor in International Business from DePauw University. He is fluent in Spanish and possesses a basic knowledge of French.

Margaret DeLuca
Manager Real Estate Risk

Margaret joined SIRVA in 2004 as a Home Marketing Assistant. She brought with her a strong background in customer service, sales and marketing. Throughout her tenure at SIRVA she has held the positions of Relocation Consultant, Real Estate Consultant and since 2008 Manager of Real Estate Risk for the Valuation Team. The Valuation Team encompasses the appraisal, inspection and inventory portion of relocation for SIRVA and our corporate clients. 

Margaret’s expertise in real estate as well as all levels of the relocation industry empowers her to manage and support the Valuation Team across the US and Canada and assists her in governing the pre-decision and destination products as well.

Margaret earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ohio and holds the Certified Relocation Professional™ designation, accredited through Worldwide ERC®.

Linda Laramy
Director Client Services

Linda joined SIRVA Mortgage in May 1997 as a Relocation Loan Counselor and was promoted to Loan Counselor Team Lead in 2006. In this position she was responsible for team coaching and development and achievement of department goals, including loan production and customer service. She became Director, Client Services for SIRVA Mortgage in 2016.

Linda manages a diverse portfolio of clients. She works with clients to provide value added options and solutions to their mobility mortgage program. She also leads the company service task force to drive continuous improvement.

Linda has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota and holds the Certified Relocation Professional™ designation from Worldwide ERC®.

Anne Bodin
SVP, Domestic Operations/Risk

Anne has built an excellent reputation at SIRVA as a creative and energetic senior business leader with a passion for driving business initiatives, while creating a positive work environment that results in financial gains and client satisfaction. She began her career in 2000 as a SIRVA college intern and worked her way through operations at consultant, manager and director level positions until her promotion to Senior Vice President, US Domestic Operations and Risk Management in 2013. 

Anne is accountable for home sale performance and service delivery across the US. She leads a team of real estate experts and customer facing consultants that partner together to provide a seamless customer experience. This important collaboration brings the latest, best and brightest ideas and relevant information to our relocating employees. Six Sigma Green Belt certified, she is heavily involved in the development of quality controls, process improvements and mentoring operations teams. 

Anne earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Bethel University, Minnesota and holds the Certified Relocation Professional™ accreditation from Worldwide ERC®. She was recognized in 2009 for SIRVA’s “Most Valuable Player” Award.

John Martin
Executive Relocation Consultant

Beginning his career as an assistant customer service manager for an upscale specialty department store, John learned quickly how to manage issues and think creatively to ensure an exceptional customer experience. After eight years in the retail industry he spent eight years as a real estate agent and mortgage counselor in the Denver area. In 2000, he joined SIRVA as a Relocation Consultant and was promoted to an Executive Relocation Consultant in 2015.

John is responsible for providing an exceptional level of oversight to an assigned population of his clients’ most senior-level employee moves. He is their main point of contact and accountable for anticipating, understanding and meeting some of the unique needs of the VIP. John has an in-depth understanding of the client’s policies and program to ensure services are delivered in a highly proactive manner and within policy.

John earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and holds the Certified Relocation Professional™ accreditation from Worldwide ERC®. He is the recipient of SIRVA’s 2011 Most Valuable Player Award and has earned the Circle of Excellence Award several times.

Julie Madras
Executive Relocation Consultant

Before joining SIRVA in November 2014 as a Global Assignment Consultant, Julia worked in the banking industry for two years. In 2017 she was promoted to her current position as Global Executive Relocation Consultant. Julia brought to SIRVA six years of international business study and experience traveling throughout 18 countries. She also lived for more than a year in Peru as director of national programs and academics at an intercultural institute where she managed 20+ teachers and staff.

Julia believes being open minded and organized is key to ensuring every relocating employee receives the very best customer service. She is responsible for providing an exceptional level of oversight to an assigned population of her clients’ most senior-level employee assignments. She is their main point of contact and accountable for anticipating, understanding and meeting the unique needs of the VIP. Julia has an in-depth understanding of her client’s policies and program to ensure services are delivered in a highly proactive manner and within policy.

Julia earned a Master of International Business Degree (Final Thesis: Microfinance) from St. Louis University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business (minor in Spanish) from Bradley University, Illinois. She earned a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate and has advanced proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing and speaking).

John Kirk
EVP & Chief Technology and Information Officer

John joined SIRVA in 2015 after 30 years in the retail industry leading business and technology teams. John is responsible for SIRVA’s global technology strategy and operations in relocation, moving, infrastructure, and security ensuring a seamless, integrated and secure experience for our clients.

Prior to joining SIRVA, John was the CIO for Vitamin Shoppe, a leading health and wellness chain. John led Vitamin Shoppe technology through the implementation of mobile retail apps, ecommerce, Multi-Channel technology, security, and supply chain solutions. John also held Executive positions at A&P leading Merchandising, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Technology teams. John is an active member of Society of Information Management and Gartner Information Technology CIO advisory group. 

John earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from LaSalle University, Philadelphia and an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ.
