Group move management:
We are sensitive to the unique challenges created by a group move and can design and implement a program to ensure a successful departure-to-destination transition. From the initial announcement to the final move, we have the experience and local resources to make your group move a success.
Transition and implementation management:
Service is only as smooth as the preparation that precedes it, and our preparation is a proprietary process in which we cover every aspect of your relocation program—from a complimentary policy review through the creation of new collateral; from a review of program specifications and reporting requirements to a hosted site visit, we manage transition and implementation seamlessly, flawlessly, and with a constant focus on the well-being of the transferee.
Policy administration:
Based on the knowledge we gather in partnership with you, we communicate your policy to transferees in the context of their own needs and your transferees’ personal counselor works as their advocate to ensure that all services are provided on-time, at a level of high quality and consistent with your company’s policies.
