Title and closing services:

SIRVA Settlement, and its network of title and closing offices, can handle all three of the core title-related functions on all SIRVA Relocation U.S. home sale transactions—the title examination and title clearing, the closing and disbursement, and the issuing of the title policy. We are able to offer the same services to the transferee during the purchase of a home in the new location. Settling-in services:
